Gratitude on the Rocks
People were asking me what my Thanksgiving cocktail recipe was, so I’m gonna do my best to write out the recipe even though I’m more an eyeballer when it comes to mixing ingredients.
You’ll need:
Tanqueray Rangpur gin (it’s lime infused)
Cranberry Juice
Club soda
1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 cup sugar
Limes cut into wedges
Mix the cranberry sauce and sugar into a resealable bowl to create a mixing cranberry “jam”
Fill a lowball glass with ice. Put a spoonful of jam over ice. Top with 1 part gin, 1 part cranberry juice, and 1 part club soda. Finish off with a squeeze of lime and a quick stir.
